We have been in our home for almost 15 years, and love it. The house is now about 40 some years old, and to our knowledge, with the exception of our replacing the dishwasher, and swapping out an electric cook-top with a gas one, the kitchen was the original.
So many times, we would wonder how we could refresh the space.
Perhaps just re-face the cabinets?
Oh, boy were we naive.
The following documents the process that started Nov 6 ( we had to empty the space ), work began Nov 10, and mostly ended Dec 19 ( some exterior painting still to be done when it both warms AND dries up outside).
